Advanced skills sessions

Every Friday. These are advanced skills sessions for 5th - 8th graders. Split up into 3 segments:
30 mins - shooting & handles
30 mins - scoring moves/footwork
30 mins - defensive concepts/strength & conditioning 

• workouts with serious basketball players​
• customized to fulfill specific goals 
• intense drill work
