About The Winter League
The Dubuque Winter League Extravaganza has been a long-standing part of the local basketball landscape for over six years. What began as an opportunity to give players consistent winter competition has grown into a trusted league experience for programs and families throughout the Dubuque area.
Over the years, the league has helped foster a strong basketball community by bringing together players from different schools, teams, and backgrounds to compete in a shared, supportive environment. Many teams return season after season, contributing to a culture built on respect, development, and a genuine love for the game.
The Winter League continues to serve as a place where players can gain confidence, learn how to compete the right way, and stay connected to the game during the winter months.
