THE LEAGUE COACH
We are looking for energetic and dependable coaches to lead teams in The League on Sundays throughout October.
League coaches will help create a fun, competitive and high-energy environment while providing players with instruction, encouragement and a positive team experience.

This is a paid, hourly position. Coaches should:

• Have basketball playing or coaching experience
• Communicate well with young athletes
• Bring consistent energy and enthusiasm
• Be dependable and available on Sundays in October
• Keep the experience competitive, positive and fun

BASKETBALL TRAINER
Our most immediate need is for trainers to help lead Sweat Lab development sessions at the DCBA Training Facility.
Trainers will work with small groups of players on ball handling, shooting, finishing, footwork and other fundamental skills.
​
We’re looking for individuals who:

• Have a strong basketball background
• Can confidently teach and demonstrate skills
• Communicate well with young athletes
• Are dependable and bring consistent energy
• Are available for select evening or weekend sessions

Former players, current coaches and college students with basketball experience are encouraged to apply.

TEAM COACH
We are always interested in connecting with quality coaches for our youth and high school teams.
DCBA coaches are expected to teach the game, hold players accountable and represent our program the right way. Availability for weekday practices and select weekend tournaments is preferred.

VIDEO & SOCIAL MEDIA
We are looking for creative individuals interested in helping capture and share the DCBA experience.
Opportunities may include:

• Photography and video
• Game and practice highlights
• Social media content
• Player and coach features
• Promotional videos and graphics

Experience is helpful, but we are also open to students and individuals looking to build their portfolios.
