Sweat Lab – Drop In (Day Pass)
One Sweat Lab training session at the DCBA Training Facility.
The Sweat Lab is a coach-led group workout designed to build skill, shooting, strength, conditioning, and overall basketball development in a competitive training environment.
Sessions are limited to 10 players. After purchasing, reserve your desired session through the current Sweat Lab Sign-Up Sheet.
Includes:
• One Sweat Lab session
• Coach-led basketball training
• Access to DCBA training equipment and shooting technology
Important: Purchasing a Drop-In does not automatically reserve a session. Players must also add their name to an available spot on the Sweat Lab Sign-Up Sheet.
Sweat Lab – Week Pass
Unlimited Sweat Lab training for 7 consecutive days.
Train as often as you'd like during available Sweat Lab sessions for seven consecutive days beginning on the date of purchase.
Sessions are coach-led and focus on skill development, shooting, strength, conditioning, and competition.
All sessions are limited to 10 players and must be reserved through the current Sweat Lab Sign-Up Sheet.
Includes:
• Unlimited Sweat Lab sessions for 7 consecutive days
• Coach-led basketball training
• Access to DCBA training equipment and shooting technology
Important: A Week Pass does not guarantee availability. Players must reserve an open spot for each workout they plan to attend.
Sweat Lab Monthly Unlimited – $150
Unlimited Sweat Lab training for 30 consecutive days.
Sweat Lab Monthly Unlimited is built for players who want consistent opportunities to train. Players may attend any available Sweat Lab session during their active 30-day pass.
Sessions are coach-led and focus on skill development, shooting, strength, conditioning, and competition.
All sessions are limited to 10 players and must be reserved through the current Sweat Lab Sign-Up Sheet.
Includes:
• Unlimited Sweat Lab sessions for 30 consecutive days
• Coach-led basketball training
• Access to DCBA training equipment and shooting technology
Important: This is a one-time purchase and does not automatically renew. Your 30-day pass begins on the date of purchase. A new Monthly Unlimited pass must be purchased to continue access after your current pass expires.
