What is DCBA Cares?
DCBA Cares is the player-support foundation of Dubuque County Basketball Academy.
Its purpose is simple: to remove financial barriers for athletes who have earned a place in DCBA but may not otherwise be able to fully participate.
Through DCBA Cares, we help cover program fees, travel costs, and other participation-related expenses so committed players can continue to develop, compete, and grow within the program.

Relationship To DCBA
DCBA Cares operates in direct support of Dubuque County Basketball Academy and its athletes.
Funds provided through DCBA Cares are used to offset participation costs for players within DCBA programs, helping ensure teams remain strong, committed, and sustainable.
