These strength & conditioning sessions are designed to push our athletes to reach their peak athletic performance. They will be challenged in these sessions through body weight strength exercises and through a variety of speed, agility, & endurance training. Join coach Haris in these demanding sessions that will prepare you and keep you in shape for the basketball season!
